Dear Members,
Recently there have been several accounts of our credit card processor mistakenly dropping automatic rebills for our members. That means some of you who wanted to remain with us have had your memberships expire and have needed to rejoin. We suspect they are still having trouble with their system so we changed the settings to make 5 retries if it fails. The next rebill after 30 days, if your card has not expired, is within the card limit, and is not blocked for any reason the card will be attempted 5 times over the course of 5 days (1 day 1 attempt). If after these attempts your membership does not rebill please sign up again with another card. We apologize for any convenience this has caused and hope you will continue to support us with your membership. We have taken this up with our processor and hope the issue is now resolved.

一部お客様に再決済の失敗が発生して自動退会になってしまうトラブルについて
これは海外の銀行決済に失敗して発生していると思われ、
決済代行会社に自動的に5回までのリトライを設定していただけたので
お知らせいたします。
仮にお客様の30日後の再決済がお客様のクレジットカードの期限切れ、残高不足、
および不正利用などの問題がないのに拒否された場合、
一日一回のリトライを5日間(5回まで)行います。
それでも再決済ができず、ID,PWが失効してしまった場合はカード会社に
原因を確認していただくか、お手数ですが別のカードにて
ご入会くださいますようお願いいたします。
